Halloumi

Halloumi cheese is traditionally made from goat and sheep milk.  Halloumi cheese is a semi-hard cheese with a distinctive layered texture.  Halloumi cheese is ideal for frying as will brown without the cheese melting to serve with vegetables or as an ingredient in salads
